Can my company become a Meshra local partner?
Yes. Meshra works with Certified Implementation Partners in each country: companies that deliver projects of 50 devices or more and provide local installation, training and first-line support. Partners buy Meshra licenses under partner terms and resell them with Sunmi devices. Select the local partner option in the form and tell us about your company.
Do I buy the device from Meshra?
No. Meshra is software. You buy the device from Sunmi or from a regional implementation partner, and license Meshra for your venue.
Which POS systems does Meshra work with?
Meshra connects to more than 200 POS systems through Deliverect, including the systems most used in hotels and restaurants. Tell us yours in the form and we will confirm.
How does QR payment work, and is card data safe?
The guest scans the QR code on the screen and pays on their own phone, on the bank's secure payment page. Card data never passes through the device or through Meshra, and PCI compliance stays with the payment provider.

Can guests split the bill?
Yes. Each guest can pay their part with their own phone, using the same QR payment flow.
How long does it take to set up a device?
A few minutes. The device is enrolled and managed remotely through Esper, so updates and settings do not require a visit to each table.
Does Meshra only work at restaurant tables?
No. Meshra is designed for the whole property: tables, bars, the pool, terraces, lobbies and rooms. The guest orders at their own pace and decides when to close the bill.
Who provides support?
Sunmi covers the device and its warranty. Regional implementation partners handle installation and local support, and Meshra supports the software.
